A Memorable Debut at The Memcom Conference 2024

As debut exhibitors at the Memcom Conference 2024, we were excited to see what opportunities the day would bring.

For us, the conference was an invaluable opportunity to connect with clients, prospects and industry peers as well as showcase our unique offering of ‘membership telemarketing’ to a diverse audience of association and membership professionals.

A definite highlight was seeing Business Development Director, Alana Turnbull, on the panel of “The win-win: How to retain your old members and recruit new ones!” session, Chaired by Nicky de Beer, Chief Executive of the Association of Anaesthetists.

The session delved into strategies for effectively engaging both existing and prospective members where Alana had the honour of sharing her insights and experiences alongside esteemed panelists, Helen Anderson from thenetworkone and Beverly Bates from Markel UK.

It was heartening to hear that Alana’s contribution resonated with the audience and provided practical tips for optimising membership campaigns, especially when harnessing the power of the telephone!

“Talk to your members, listen to them and then take action!”

In fact, feedback from delegates affirmed the value of the panel session, with one attendee describing it as a “highlight of Memcom”.
