Before joining Chord, I worked within the Sales industry as an After Sales Manager and Sales Executive. With a vast amount of experience under my belt, I joined Chord as a part time Telemarketing Executive in May 2011 but was soon working full time and offered a permanent contract. It was in April 2012 when I was promoted to Project Manager and was most recently made Account Director in January 2015.
As Account Director, I am responsible for developing and managing strong working relationships with our clients. I manage the quality of our team by leading the recruitment, induction and ongoing training as well as supporting and motivating the team. Contributing to Chord as an active member of the management team, I work towards setting objectives to help develop the business as a whole.
When I’m not in work, I run ‘Mum’s Taxis’. A lucrative business paid via wet football and rugby kits with the added benefit of mud on the seats! Although the highlight is always watching my children do what they enjoy.
