With a background of telemarketing and customer service, I joined Chord UK in July 2013 as a Telemarketing Executive and have enjoyed being part of the company over the last 5 years. As one of the longest standing members of the team, I have worked on a wide variety of campaigns on behalf of our private and public sector clients. I have particularly enjoyed the challenge of speaking with key decision makers and securing qualified appointments. Now working as a Senior Telemarketing Executive, my role includes assisting in the setup and delivery of campaigns as well as helping with staff training and support.
I am a life long football fan and proud supporter of Fulham FC. My footballing idol is Zvonimir Boban who sadly never played for Fulham. My favourite brand is Tesla, most brands want to change the future but Elon Musk is one of the few achieving it. I enjoy taking countryside walks and online gaming in my spare time. My favourite holidays include a Baltic cruise and visiting historical sites in the UK. My biggest dislike is tuna, I even hate the smell of it!
