With a background in telemarketing and customer service, I joined Chord in July 2013 as a Telemarketing Executive and have enjoyed being part of the company for the past seven years. As one of the longest standing members of the team, I have worked on behalf of many private and public sector clients on a wide variety of campaigns including appointment setting, event bookings, member welcome calls, member renewals and feedback surveys.
Now working as a Data Executive, my primary role is to support the Account Director in creating and designing effective campaign database systems for client campaigns. My responsibilities also include data preparation, data quality monitoring, data control and analysis, team training and support, creating reports and monitoring our CRM system.
I am a lifelong football fan and proud supporter of Fulham FC. My footballing idol is Zvonimir Boban and I enjoy watching games from around the world as often as possible. I enjoy taking countryside walks in my spare time. My favourite holidays include a Baltic cruise and visiting historical sites in the UK.
